Pre Season Strength and Conditioning



Pre Season strength and conditioning programs are now live on the training tab.


The backs focus for the next 8 weeks is around explosive power generation, important for winning contact situations, as well as sprinting.


The forwards focus is on pure strength development. An important foundation to lay before focusing again on Power.


The weekly split/schedule is attached below.
